Coming to Belgrade
Travel Information
Belgrade can be reached by plane, train, bus, car or bicycle.
The Belgrade airport 'Nikola Tesla' is situated 18km west of Belgrade. All major international and several low-cost airlines have regular service to Belgrade. Updated flight information is available here. For the participants of SPIG 2016 organized transfer from the Airport 'Nikola Tesla' to their hotels (and back) will be available. Prices and details are available below. In order to apply for the organized transport, please fill in booking form. You will have to provide flight details so we advise you to book transfer after you confirm flight ticket but also in due time before arrival. Detail information about public transportation and taxi from the airport to the city centre can be found here. For assistance and information about public transportation and taxi you can address to the tourist information centre at the airport (see map here). If you take taxi from the airport note that the price of taxi transportation from the airport to the city centre is approximately 1800 dinars (around 17 Euros). | |

Belgrade is located at the intersection of the European E-70 and E-75 highways. Foreign drivers in Serbia are required to have a national driver's license, traffic permit and an insurance policy. Belgrade lies at the section of the Danube Bike Trail (DBT) through Serbia that bears the designation EuroVelo-Route 6. This means that it lies on the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) Atlantic – Black Sea route. More information can be found here. |

Visas

If your country needs a visa to travel to Serbia, please choose an affirmative answer in the registration form. All requests from legitimate scientific establishments indicating genuine connection to the conference will be granted a letter of invitation required to obtain a visa.
